Frequently Asked Questions:

What is an Advanced Readers Copy?

Advanced Readers Copies are utilized by the book publishing industry to get copies of the book in the hands of key people, including but not limited to book reviewers, movie producers, and other people within the industry. In the history genre, they are also utilized to get copies of the work in the hands of fellow researchers and academic peers.

What are the red cover versions?

A.E. Samaan released both Volume #1 and Volume #2 as Advanced Readers Copies in order to present his findings to researchers, institutions, and academics that may have been interested. These red cover volumes are not finished products. They were the Advanced Readers Copies version of a manuscript in this digital age of on-demand printing.

Why the November 9th release date?

On November 9, 1938, Hitler’s henchmen were unleashed on the German Jewish community in what historians now recognize the commencement of aggression in The Holocaust. The horrific event called Kristallnacht, also referred to as the Night of Broken Glass, claimed the lives of at least 91 Jews in the attacks, and a further 30,000 arrested and sent to concentration camps. Jewish homes, hospitals, and schools were ransacked. Over 1,000 synagogues were burned, and over 7,000 Jewish businesses destroyed or damaged.

Why start with paperback editions?

The Eugenics Anthology book series is very much a puzzle board, where all of the pieces are yet to be found and identified as part of the puzzle. After taking a tour of the various archives that held said puzzle pieces, A.E. Samaan came to the conclusion that a finalized hardcover edition was premature, at best. Furthermore, there was such a large volume of critical, but previously unpublished or undisclosed evidence, that it became clear that a single book would not suffice. A.E. Samaan decided to publish first in paperback as the puzzle pieces came together, new volumes to the series released, and wait until the full picture was visible before editing a finalized and formal hardbound edition.

When is Vol. #3 going to be released?

Volume #3 of The Eugenics Anthology will be released as an Advanced Readers Copy to fellow researchers, academics, and other interested parties towards the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024. The paperback edition for the general public will follow six months after.

What will be the subject of Volume #3?

As have the previous two volumes, Volume #3 of The Eugenics Anthology will follow the tradition of identifying gaps in current Holocaust and eugenics history, and do a deep dive into identified gaps. A.E. Samaan is not a professional academic. He considers himself to be an "investigative historian", and would not dedicate such a significant portion of his life to simply rehash a well-documented subject, or publish just not to "perish."
